Are you looking for your next step within sales and the fashion industry? Masai is looking for a structured and proactive Sales Supporter with a few years of experience in administration or sales support. 

Masai is an international fashion brand with a focus on design, quality and personal style. Our Key Account business plays an important role in our wholesale organisation, and we are looking for someone who wants to support the daily operations and develop further within sales operations and key account management.

You will join our Sales team at our headquarters in Copenhagen. We are a small, dedicated team with an informal tone, a strong work ethic and a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and teamwork are key.

About the role

As Sales Supporter, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations within our Key Account business. You will work closely with our Sales Managers and act as a key support in administration, follow-ups and system updates.

The role is highly administrative and requires structure, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for following tasks through.

Your tasks will include
  • Daily administrative support to Sales Team
  • Order handling, confirmations and amendments
  • Follow-up on orders, deliveries and customer requests
  • Updating customer data, pricing and product information in key account systems and portals
  • Active use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) for order management and sales administration
  • Coordination between customers, logistics and internal departments
  • Preparation of reports, overviews and sales documentation
  • Support for seasonal launches
  • Ensuring high data quality and accurate execution of all tasks
  • Assisting in key account sales meetings and customer appointments


About you
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or sales administration. 
  • Have strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
  • Have experience updating customer portals or online key account systems; this is an advantage
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and comfortable working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
  • Have excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Are proactive, structured and service-minded in your approach
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
